Nana's Mini at Nine Months


Hi friends!

We're back. And we've missed you! Life has taken a few unexpected turns the last 6+ months but I'm determined to get caught up on Kerigan's "baby book" and getting the blog up to date. My goal is to eventually make annual books for the kids to look through from these posts :) Even though I'm playing catch up, I have been keeping notes on Kerigan's milestones.


At nine months, Kerigan is army crawling like a mad woman. I figured she would get the four-pointed crawl by now, but she's pretty efficient with this mode of transportation. During the day, her demeanor is a breeze. (She still wakes up 2ish times a night to eat) She will let others hold her, hug her and kiss that sweet baby face. She's starting to pay more attention to Briggs and allows him to give her "wittle hugs" according to him.

She's getting braver with trying out new foods. We have been pretty adamant about keeping her on the organic beech nut foods but have tried some whole foods as well. Some of her favorites are avocado and banana! This is kind of  helping her spit up issues. :) 


She's still a peanut. Here are this month's measurements:

Height: 27 3/4 in. (70th percentile)
Weight: 17 lbs 3.5 oz (35th)
Head circumference: 41 cm (75th-making Robinsons proud)

She thinks she's a ballerina. Morning stretches.

Happy Nine Months, Doll Baby. May your Nana's spirit always reside in your heart. 


We dedicate this blog to our beloved Nana. She frequented this site more than anyone else. She had a 24 hour access to photos of her "doll babies". She is rejoicing in the Kingdom of Heaven as we honor her legacy by spreading Christ's true love. Praise the Lord, Praise the Lord, O My Soul!
